Cassbella

All of the fascinating houses showcased in this book by the architecture photographer Massimo Listri reflect the personality of the people living in them, and the creative vivacity of their architects and designers. The book contains a well-reasoned selection of houses from all over the world. Some of these exhale sensations of carefully-considered functionality, like the modern apartments in Italy, others invite you to silent meditation, like the villas in Bali, immersed in a tropical garden with swimming pool, or the quiet houses in China and Japan.

Many of these charming residences belong to well-known personalities including fashion designers, actors, writers, international entrepreneurs and therefore express conspicuous wealth. Some may appear definitely kitsch, others are simply superb. Anyone would love to own such a house, even just for a dream holiday.
